Deep red with purple hues showing ripe cassis and herbaceous characters on the nose. The palate is long and fine with berry fruit flavours complimented by spicy French oak and savoury tannins to finish. It was awarded 88 points from James Halliday “…has fresh red and black fruits..delicious..”

This wine is the product of one of Mudgee’s truly great vintages! Deep ruby red in colour showing lifted blackberry, anise and toasty oak characters on the nose. The palate is rich in blackberry and chocolate fruit flavours with new French and American oak adding savoury complexity and length. We recommend Cellaring for up to 7 years.
